Nominations and applications are being accepted by Huntington University for the position of Controller & Director of Financial Services. This position reports to the Vice President for Business & Finance/Treasurer and is responsible for all accounting functions including payroll, audit preparation, filing of tax returns, cash management, preparation of endowment investment records and monthly financial statements; supervision of a business office staff of six; and institutional budget management. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

Details of position maintaining contact with employee benefit specialists, brokers and consultants to develop and establish a rapport conducive to Aflac being considered for bidding on a group insurance contract. Informing sales/service support staff of prospective clients and completion of contract proposals. Establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources. Represent Aflac and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner. May provide and analyze customer system data in response to marketing initiatives.
