Tasty "Eat Almost as Much as You Want" Vegetable Soup
Garden Vegetable Soup
This recipe makes 4 servings (1 cup each)
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup sliced carrots
½ cup diced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups fat free broth (beef, chicken or vegetable)
1 ½ cups diced green cabbage
½ cup green beans
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup diced zucchini
Week 6 Update... Opps!
Not the best week for my weight loss… I GAINED 12 ounces! That is almost a pound! Ok not really a big deal if I was at my goal weight… I know we can all fluctuate 2 or more pounds at different parts of the day. That is why it is important to weigh in just one time a week and try to do it at same time each week. I weigh in at 12:30pm every Tuesday and of course my trainer, Karen Tanner of the YMCA, revels the results on the air just after 8am on Wednesday
