To post an event cancellation, you must first register and be approved as an "event coordinator."

1. Register for an account. Be sure to select "event coordinator" as the role for which you are applying. (If you have already registered an account, you will need to apply for the role on your account page)
2. Come back to this page and post your cancellation.

All events are automatically removed from the site after 2 weeks. If you want your cancellation to remain on the list until the date you have selected, you will need to post it within two weeks of that date.
