Helvey & Associates is a premier provider of receivables management and call center services located in Warsaw, Indiana. We have immediate part time and full time openings for our prime time shift Monday-Friday evenings until 9:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. In this position you will be making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls, notifying individuals of their outstanding debts, assisting in finding funds to meet obligations and making arrangements for payment of those debts. You will also provide efficient and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made.

We offer a competitive hourly wage plus generous commission because we believe in paying people for their efforts. Typical first year compensation is $20K-$26K for full-time team members. In addition, the company provides life insurance and a 401k plan. We believe that people should continue to learn throughout their lives.
