Concordia Lutheran Church and School is seeking a full time Business Manager. The Business Manager position of Concordia Lutheran exists to assist the Office of the Senior Pastor in carrying out the financial and benefit vision, goals, and strategies of the congregation as expressed through the Ministry Team and Board of Directors in a Christ-centered workplace. Specifically, this position deals with the financial and human resource aspects of the Church and School (e.g. payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, personnel records, benefits administration, financial reporting.) The successful candidate will be a committed follower of Jesus Christ and His ministry, have integrity, and credibility. This person should have 5+ years of accounting experience, a BS in accounting or a related field, excellent written and oral communication skills, a human resources background, and with experience in the nonprofit sector. Additional skills required are the ability to be flexible, a self-starter, and organized and detail oriented.
