We are looking for a part-time Finance Administrator to join an amazing team of people with a non-profit organization in a faith-based atmosphere who possesses knowledge of accounting principles and experience in a similar role, is detail-oriented with superb organizational skills and time management abilities. This position oversees the financial activities and prepares financial reports; keeps the senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status; Manage accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses; Responsible for payroll; Keep records of invoices; Resolve account discrepancies and performs account reconciliations; Prepare income, profit & loss and balance sheet statements in QuickBooks; knowledge of Excel and it functions.
