Today Melissa Montana talks with Judge Charles Pratt about tomorrow (Friday, Nov. 16th) being National Adoption Day! He shares that it will focus particularly on the adoptions of foster care children into their forever families. Between 30 and 40 kids will be adopted tomorrow.
